The ultrasound chapter of the Sri Lanka College of Emergency Physicians, which functions as EM POCUS Academy, was first established in 2021 with a team of Emergency Physicians accredited with Emergency Sonography. Our primary purpose is to advance Emergency Sonography in local emergency care settings to improve the quality and standard of emergency care. Our amazing group of Emergency Physicians is committed and enthusiastic to establishing standard POCUS-oriented care for advancing the Emergency Care Service in Sri Lanka.
